All participants are refered to our Behavioral Health program through COMCARE case managers. To inquire about a referral to our services, contact:

Vocational Rehabilitation and Workforce Development:
Referrals are made directly through the local Social and Rehabilitative Services (SRS) agency. Interested residents can apply in person, at the adddress below, or online. Please allow your local agency up to 30 days for processing of your SRS application.
