Staff maintains electronic service plans and progress notes, providing documentation of participant’s activities towards achieving their service plan goals. Electronic documentation for each service provided can be customized to fit the requirements of the referring agency.
The technology system also provides electronic time entry for employees through a secure, web-based business portal. Employees can access their timecards and other personal information from any internet connection.
To support the reporting requirements of each service, referring agency, and the organization as a whole, the company has a Records Management program, which includes policies and processes for creating, storing, and destroying records, as well as the type of documents that must be generated and timeframes for reporting.
