Pyxis welcomes questions, all types of comments, including suggestions, complaints, and grievances from participants, their families, and other stakeholders.  Questions, comments, complaints, and grievances can be submitted in person, in writing, by phone, or by e-mail to their direct service staff or to the area manager over their location.  If they wish to submit this information to Pyxis’ corporate office, they can call the Participant Rights Hotline at 1-888-832-5494 or by e-mail at comments@pyxispath.com or comments@behaviorallink.com.
